The owners of Bristol Harbour Golf Club will oversee the operation of the club and course for the benefit of all. Please read the following policies carefully so that you will better understand and appreciate your Club's operation.

REGISTRATION
Before commencing play, all members and guests must sign-in at the Golf Shop, whether it be for 9 or 18 holes of play.

STARTING TIMES
Starting times will be in effect seven (7) days a week.
Members may reserve preferred tee times up to thirty (30) days in advance of play. We encourage members to take advantage of the thirty (30) day advance tee time reservation benefit. (*Please note that if Bristol Harbour Management has an opportunity to book an event inside the thirty day window you may be asked to change your reservation and pick another date.) In the best interest of all, members who choose to cancel a tee time reservation should do so as far in advance as possible so as to free that time for another member or guest to use. If a member tee reservation is not used and not cancelled in advance, the member who made the reservation will be held liable for the fees associated with said reservation subject to the following schedule.

- Cart fees for the group will be charged to the member's house account. |
| C. Third Time and Beyond |
- The member will be charged for full guest fees for each member of the group. |

GOLF CARTS
Golf carts are not mandatory for members.
At no time will there be more than two people riding on a golf cart. This rule will be strictly enforced by the Golf Shop, Golf Course personnel, and Hospitality Staff.
Junior golfers (age 17 and under) are not permitted to reserve, use, or operate golf cars, even when accompanied by an adult, unless they possess a driver's permit or have permission from the Golf Shop Staff.
A violation of these rules shall result in automatic suspension of cart privileges for two (2) weeks with more severe penalties for succeeding violations. It is the responsibility of every member to report all violations to the Golf Shop.
Rental Rates for golf carts during the 2006 season will be as follows:

Cart Pass Cards
Twenty (20) 9-Hole ½ cart rentals (Equivalent to ten (10) 18-hole cart fees
per person $115.00. (Save $25.00- $45.00)

Cart costs are included in the green fee rate.
Green Fee Players
Carts are mandatory. Costs are included in the green fee rate.
If golfers are rained out, they must report immediately to the Golf Shop where they will be given a golf cart rain check. There will be no cash refunds.
Rain checks will be distributed as follows:
- If a golf cart is taken for 18 holes and the golfer is rained out before playing 5 holes (s)he will receive a 18-hole credit.
- If a golf cart is taken for 18 holes and the golfer is rained out after the 5th and before completing the 12th hole, (s)he will receive a 9-hole credit. After 12 holes, no credit will be given.
- If a golf cart is taken for 9 holes and the golfer is rained out before the 5th hole, (s)he will receive a 9-hole credit. After 5 holes, no credit will be given.
Green fee rain checks will be issued on the same basis.
Only South Bristol Resorts operated golf carts will be allowed on the golf course, unless you have purchased a trail fee for personally owned carts.

CLUB CARE AND BAG STORAGE
Storage facilities are available for members on a first-reserved basis. Stored clubs will have name labels included for all clubs. Clubs will be cleaned after each round throughout the season. The seasonal club storage fee is $90.00 and must be paid in full before your bag will be accepted into bag storage.
Any bags not received in the bag storage room during the posted hours will be the responsibility of the owner and may not be left on the premises. South Bristol Resorts, and the Bristol Harbour Golf Club will accept no responsibility for bags left unattended. Members who request occasional bag storage will be charged $5.00 per night. There will be no exceptions.

GOLF RANGE
The golf range will be open in the spring as weather permits and close as the weather dictates in the fall. The hours of operation begin when the golf shop opens. The range closes one hour before dark, so as to allow employees to pickup the balls. Use of the range beyond posted time is prohibited.
All Bristol Harbour Golf Club members are entitled to free golf range privileges. (Guests are extra)

APPAREL AND GOLF COURSE ETIQUETTE
Management requests that good taste and moderation be observed in both men's and women's apparel. Shirts and blouses must be worn at all times. Shirts must have collars on them - no T-shirts or tank tops are allowed. Jeans, Tennis dresses, bathing suits, and halter tops are not considered appropriate golfing attire. Street shoes, high-heeled shoes, and ripple-soled shoes will not be permitted on the golf course. Footwear should be restricted to golf shoes or sneakers.

PROPERTY DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
Any damage to the golf course, restaurant, golf carts, or other club property caused by any member or member's guest will be the responsibility of the member. Reparations must be made to the Bristol Harbour Golf Club or South Bristol Resorts.

JUNIORS
A junior is any family member who is eighteen (18) years of age or younger, or twenty-two (22) years of age or younger and a full-time student. Only those juniors who have successfully completed the Bristol Harbour junior Golf Program and/or have shown knowledge of the rules/etiquette and a basic skill level will be allowed to play without adult supervision. All juniors must have the permission of the golf staff before they will be allowed on the course, unless they are accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-two (22) years of age. The Management reserves the right to restrict junior tee times during weekends, holidays, and peak traffic times.
Due to liability concerns, no children under age ten (10) will be allowed on the golf course unless express permission is granted by the golf shop. In such instances, a waiver releasing South Bristol Resorts and Bristol Harbour Golf Club from liability must be signed by the parent or guardian accompanying the minor.

SPECIAL EVENTS
South Bristol Resorts reserves the right to reserve the entire golf course and its club facilities for golf outings/tournaments, weekday/weekend rentals, special events, and such other activities that may foster and promote the game of golf. The golf shop may accept these advance reservations at any time.

PROPRIETARY MEMBERSHIPS
Officers, directors and management of Bristol Harbour Golf Club, Inc., South Bristol Resorts, and their guests will be accorded use of the golf course and all club facilities throughout the tenure of their association with Bristol Harbour.

AMENDMENTS
These rules and regulations may be amended, changed, and/or corrected from time to time at the sole judgment and discretion of the Management. Any rules and regulations governing day to day operations of the golf course and other club facilities, when posted, shall be considered part of these rules and regulations, and shall apply to the membership and their guests as if included herein.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICIES
No food, beverage or alcohol will be allowed on the Bristol Harbour Golf Course other than those items purchased on the premises. Absolutely NO COOLERS will be allowed on the course unless provided by Bristol Harbour.

GOLF OUTINGS
We would like the opportunity to accommodate you and your business with any golf events planned for the upcoming season. From a foursome to a group of 100+, plan on hosting your next event at Bristol Harbour.

PERSONAL GOLF CARTS
Homeowners in the Bristol Harbour Village may use their own personally purchased golf car on the golf course when a trail fee has been paid and a contract has been signed. (See Attached Information.)
