PAYMENT SCHEDULEIn Condos, 50% deposit is due within 14 days of reserving. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.In Hotel, $100 per person deposit is due within 14 days of your reservation. Credit card security deposit required upon arrival.Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diner's Club are accepted. All fees are payable in US funds.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT - When arriving at Bristol Harbour Resort, please leave your bags in your car and we will give you directions to the hotel/cottages
Check-in is at 3:00pm. Check-out is at 10:00am.Check-out times must be respected and adhered to. Late check-outs are subject to charge equivalent to one night's stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Renters are responsible for all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival and departure date. All cancellations must be followed up in writing.
- Condos - Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival date, a full refund will be given. Cancellations made 1-29 days prior to arrival date will be charged unless we are able to rebook the unit.
- Hotel - May 1st thru November 1st, one week notice to get full refund. All other dates require 48-hour notification.
- Weather and conditions are not a valid reason for cancellation.
TEE TIMES
- As a Bristol Harbour guest you are receiving preferred tee times, which will not be guaranteed until full payment is received.
- Weather and conditions are only a valid reason for tee time cancellation if the course is unplayable the day of your tee time. (Rain Checks will be given for cancelled tee times due to weather & conditions.)
- No adjustments will be made for unused portions of any package.
MAIDSERVICE
All hotel packages include daily maid service. All condo packages include departure housekeeping service. Condo daily maid service is available for an additional fee. Please make arrangements before arrival.
