Wedding General Information

 

 Bristol Harbour has been chosen to participate in New York in a Green Pilot Program and are trying to save paper, please feel free to print out at your home or we would be happy to email the information to you.

 

Bristol Harbor Resort would be honored to host your wedding reception. We currently still have dates available. Please carefully read our information and policies below.
If you choose to have your wedding in our Main Dining Room & Terrace, your ceremony & reception will go from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. In our Great Room, your ceremony & reception will go from 5:00pm till 12:00am. If you are not having your ceremony at Bristol Harbour, please advise the Event Coordinator as soon as possible. Purchase a gift card online.

Food & Beverage
The information is an overview of what we have to offer. We will work together to create a dining experience that will compliment your wedding day.

A Complimentary Champagne Toast will be served to each guest.

A popular option amongst our guests is to serve a duet of two entrees to each guest. We also have the options of a sit down dinner with multiple options and buffets. If you select any one of these options, we will ask for your entree counts 10 business days prior to the event. The number guaranteed will be charged even if fewer guests attend. We also ask that you indicate on the back of your place cards your guests' choice of entree.

Deposit & Cancellation
A $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the Main Dining Room & Terrace or Great Room, six months prior to wedding, 50% of your estimated total will be due, all of which will be put towards your final bill. Your balance will be due 10 days prior with final counts.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit and payments will not be refunded.

Payment Requirements
Proper payment information must be provided prior to the event. All charges and unpaid balances
must be paid in full 10 days prior to event.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change. All food and beverage items are subject to a 20% gratuity and service charge, plus a 7.125%  New York State sales tax.
 

Food & Alcohol Services
New York State regulates that NO food and beverages will be brought into or on our premises

Entertainment, Decorations, Displays for your Special Day
You may arrange for your own entertainment if prior approval has been obtained from our Event Coordinator. Management reserves the right to limit the volume of your entertainment to acceptable levels and hours. Due to the Town of Canandaigua ordinance, all musical entertainment must end no later than 11:00pm in our Main Dining Room and 12:00am in our Great Room. Any special requirements for receiving or setting up of displays, decorations, floral arrangements, computers,etc should be discussed with the Event Coordinator in advance. No material or decorations may be attached to the walls or wood trim by nails, pins, staples, tape of glue. Confetti, glitter, birdseed are not permitted.
Candle floral arrangements must be approved in advance. If using candles, they must be confined to a glass globe.
